If Lastout isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked. The 14-day free trial lets you try it first, but the refund applies whether or not you used the trial.
How to ask for one
Write to support@lastout.dev with your order number, or reply to your receipt email from Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle). Orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle), our merchant of record, which issues the refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually reach you within a few business days, depending on your bank.
After a refund
The refunded license key is deactivated. The App returns to its unlicensed state; the command-line tools keep working, and your recordings stay on your Mac.
Your legal rights
This policy doesn't limit any right to a refund or withdrawal that the law where you live gives you.
